Over the last 15+ years I have painted numerous murals throughout the United States, Central America and parts of Africa. I am familiar with all the elements and specific details needed with painting large scale exterior murals. My mural work mainly focuses on storytelling through nature, animals and unique design elements. I weave rich surreal elements and high detail-intensive components to create a positive yet unique viewing experience. Creating an eye catching, uplifting and family-friendly mural for all ages to enjoy and be truly inspired by would be my overall goal.
I have a great deal of experience with community engagement projects. I've organized and lead multiple community mural projects with various ages during public events. I've also lead structured workshops and hands-on mural projects with high school and elementary school age students. I would love to create this nature themed mural for the Sand Creek mural project.

Due to the length of the wall I wanted to showcase various aspects of nature in Colorado into three sections. The amazing forests, the active river life, and the abundant world beneath our feet. The drawings shown here are what it will look like before all the vibrant color is fully added. There will be lots of colorful areas for the community to help paint in areas like a giant coloring book. The end result will be an eye catching, uplifting and family-friendly mural for all ages to enjoy and be truly inspired by.
